Gabbie has been with Booker Law since April 2022. As our Legal Assistant, her main job is to answer our phones, assist clients through the initial intake process, and help our staff with their work. She often spends her time setting clients up in our system, drafting, sending, and filing documents, ordering records, conducting research, and helping follow-up with all our clients.
A Word From Gabbie
Hi! My name is Gabbie Pettijohn and I work as a legal assistant here at Booker law! I’m currently a Senior at Midwestern State University getting my bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish and a concentration in International Business. My goal is to go to law school and work in either business law or international law. Outside of work, I am also the President of the MSU Student Government where I get to present to the Texas Tech University System Board of Regents and represent the student body. Before working here, I worked as a legal intern for a few years and managed swimming pools around the Wichita Falls area.
In my free time, I'm an avid reader and hiker. I love to travel to different National Parks with my significant other and our border collie mix named Holly! My favorite place I’ve traveled to so far is probably Crested Butte, Colorado because of the amazing views but if I could travel anywhere it would probably be anywhere in Italy.
What’s your favorite food?
My favorite food is currently street tacos, specifically with extra lime!
What’s your favorite color?
Yellow and green
What’s your favorite movie or tv show?
New Girl (Tv Show) and The Little Prince (Movie)
What’s your favorite book?
My favorite ‘classic’ book is Slaughterhouse-5 by Kurt Vonnegut but my favorite series will always be Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas.

Does a dog and cat count?
